YAY - I'm accepted finally... here's me real quick:
22 - female - single mother (daughter is 3)
6ft - currently 170lbs - ex-swimmer
So, after i had my daughter i worked out on and off... i've always been the tall buff one, and am finally ready to get lean and rock hard. I started working out after the new year - so for the past 4 months or so i have consistantly been to the gym 4-6 times a week... lots of cardio and some wieghts.
This week i decided to start training for a figure competition in October.. SO i have 6 months to get my rear in gear!
Also, for some modeling oppurtunities i have coming up, i started a Clen cycle this week.
I'll post pictures else where and get some feed back on some before and afters... As always i welcome any advice and knowledge as i am fairly uneducated (although i do know my shit - i learn quickly)![]()
