looks good only 1g of sat fat. the other fats are good for you.
Correct proportions of saturated fats are good for you also.
Seems to alright, although there are better fat sources w/o sugars.

Limit your intake of carrots, they are high in sugar, youd have to eat alot of them but it adds up pretty fast.....
