I watched an episode of the ultimate fighter a couple of nights ago and i saw that Joe Lauzon guy on there. At UFC 63 he beat Jens Pulver buy KO. Whats up with him being on the show now??

A couple of the fighters have already had fights in the UFC. Gabe, who is fighting tonight, you may remember, lost to Guillard by a punch to the gut at UFC 63.

Gabe had put up a decent fight against Guillard prior to taking the two shots to the stomach...appeared as if he could have had the fight at one point. Again, though, he has come in out of shape.

I have been watching this season on and off (all fights, however), but I do not think they have really made any mention to Lauzon beating Pulver...unsurprisingly.


So far, BJ's real talent hasn't fought yet. I am interested to see Maynard fights (excellent collegiate wrestler), Wiman, and Lauzon fight....gotta love TIVO so I can cut out all the b.s. that seems to be happening on this season.

Damn i forgot about that Gabe and Guillard fight. I would assume that this season was filmed way before those fights because both of those guys won there fights. I cant see any reason for them to win a fight and then have to be put on the show.

This season is IMO the weakest yet. The fights are not good and the fighters seem like babies. Too much drama going on, I don't like soap operas.

I have no interest whatsoever in watching that stupid show, I can understand running it a few times but the formula is so ****ing stale and the stupid typical American punks are annoying.

Yeah the show is pretty stupid I just pop it one once in a while to see the fights even though they usually all suck ass.

they did mention that joe beat pulver in the first episode and for the trailers of the season... the played it off as, "will pulver pick someone (joe)for his team even though he already beaten him"

the best part of this show is that a couple of fighters that can't cut weight... these boys came into camp 20+ lbs. over weight, out of shape, and they are eating crap... gabe did a colonic and he thought that it would just take the weight off so he could eat more icecream cake... i taped the marathon last night for the comedy factor! there are some dudes on that show that make me look really good & i know i have a lot of work to do!!!
