Hey guys, I know that training is suppose to be kept to 4-5 days a week and that you should only do each body part once a week to achieve adequate rest....but I was wondering if doing biceps twice a week would help or hurt my bicep growth progress....My split right now is.......
Monday:Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wed, Shoulders
Thurs: Legs
Friday Bis and tris
I was wondering if i could just add bi's to the end of my back routine to give theman extra boost.....my tricpes are very well developed where as my biceps are mediocre at best....lemme know thanks alot guys
