    carbs

    When cutting should i keep carbs to a min ?

    I always eat oats in the morning then maybe a carb meal before workout but thats it ? Will it be ok ? Also does ***leting carbs make you look "flat"?

    1. Not necessarily, it ***ends on A LOT of diff factors, you'll have to post your current diet, or follow one that works for someone of your size/genetic type. Plus it ***ends on your goals, do you want to trim down a bit for the beach, or do you wanna look dry and grainy for a BB contest.

    2.Once again this ***ends on what your plan of attack is going to be, no one can accuratly answear that without knowing stats and your current diet. 1 thing people seem to get caught up on is they think that they have to eat carbs at only certain times of the day, although nutrient timing plays a key in things like pwo nutrtion. overall it dosent matter, what does is the total amounts at the end of the day vs what you did training wise to get lean.

    3. You can, but if your not trying to get down to like 3% you shouldnt have to, to achive your goal. This is a time where nutrient timing can help or maybe hurt you a bit, (by doing am/pwo cardio, or by limiting your carbs after cardio on off days etc etc) Ive been doing awesome on my plan and the only time i limit carbs is pwo, even going as far as not consuming hi gi pwo and only eating a real meal with no starch or sugar. its worked like a charm and I stay pretty full everyday, I still get great pumps and have full energy, the only real restriction ive done with carbs is simply skim a few grams here and there, and pick one or two days each week to go under 100 grams total and eating them all in the AM hours.

    will this work for you, maybe, but prob not, what will is doing a bit of homework, develop a plan, see what works and go for it.
