so your saying you usually lift for 3-4 hours anyway,
if you do your a tard,
its like 3 hours but after showering and etc at the gym it turns into a 4 hour production
my point is ...is it okay to go do bis go back and do tris?
You shouldnt lift for more than 1hr hour an hour and a half tops!, after 1 hr your cortisol levels skyrocket and further lifting only makes it harder to recover
However this all gets thrown out the window if your a powerlifter, there a hole diff breed of animal so to speak, which your not because your doing a bi and tri workout which pl's dont do, usually.
and it dosent matter if your on cycle or not, the rules of recovery still apply, all your doing is frying your CNS, (if you have to look this up, you prolly should of waited to use drugs)
So with that out of the way, yeah theoritically you could split up bodyparts in to an AM PM but even this is somewhat frowned on, (there is another current thread on this BTW,)
Your not Arnold dude, so stop lifting like him.....

You know I see people that work out that long at my gym, you go and there already there and you leave and they are still there. If you notice, they are rarely actually liftling. They spend 45minutes on the bench press! Come on do your set and move on. You just do not see someone actually working out for 3-4 hours(cardio is the exception), you see them hanging out and socializing and hogging up the equipment.
