Sounds good. Although I have heard different variations of this before, most often the simplier the reciepe the better the dish. Thanks for the tip.

Thats a whole lota sugar, even without the added.
Maybe throw some dextrose and some whey in there for a post workout shake.
yeah i never thought about the suger, i am never trying to cut, but you could buy the non-sweetend ones and they would have the same affect and add some no-cal sweetner. I just know when im done running, that taste better then a myoplex, or weight gainer shake.
I've had this smoothie before, it's pretty good.
