You could take it once post workout if moneys an issue, last i saw it was a decent deal...my store had it..it tastes good too...

thx captaindominate.. money's not an issue, but i read somewhere that you only really need to take it once (before) and that there was no point in taking it after as well, so i just wanted to hear anyone else's opinions?
Hmm..well there would be value to take it after, as it can replenish lost aminos and creatine during the workout...
