Hey all, im a constant lifter, have been for a long time now. My question is im about 5"8' 180lb around 10%bf, and i cant get that V look going from like my pelvis on down through my hips. Any suggesitons or workouts on how to get it?

or you can diet down.....lol but I prefer the first one!! lmao
After I do my crunches every other day I hold my legs about a foot of the floor(lying down) and hold them a long as possible. This seemed to help my V shape(they are called Hip Flexors if anyone cares..)
