ive been eating 4000 cals or more a day for 5 weeks now and lost 2 lbs!! i dont know what the deal is....im 6'1 225 right now, after i cut down to this weight from 255. Do I need more food or what? I dont eat any junk either and i dont want to dirty bulk.... and i only do 2 days of cardio a week(30 min)
