    Slow bulking?

Hi all - just looking for some ideas really.

What would you guys approach be in my sitation in order to add mass - would you just eat say 350-500 over maintenance and look to add a little mass each month so that the fat gains are limited or would you bulk with lots of calories and then cut later?

I have read an article on ******** recently about only eating a little over your calorie maintenance in order to limit fat gains but still gain muscle.

Just looking for you guys responses as obviously i dont want to get add a lot fat if i dont have to as cutting time is time when you cannot be building muscle.

    Thanks.

Personally I prefer the former over the latter. Start the diet and reevaluate it every two weeks untill I hit the optimal setup. So I prefer working myself up(in terms of calories) rather then the other way around.

Thanks for that - it makes sense that way and i like your approach - re-evaluating every 2 weeks - great idea.

    Thanks.
