Hi, I am a female, age 42 and I am new to the site. I have been working out hard for about 2 1/2 years and have been with a trainer for about 4 months. I weigh around 178 (I started at 163 lbs. with my trainer) and I am looking to gain muscle mass. My body fat when I started was at 25% and it's down to 21%. I am recovering from knee surgery so my lower body needs work.![]()
