Hey guys got my first shot today :)

Went to the HRT doc today and they showed the wife how to do the injects. Everything went really smooth and no bumps. I can't believe the nurse made us use 1" 23ga and I told I read that in the glutes you should use 1 1/2" and she laughed and said no way. She said, yea if I was obese like over 500lbs I would have to use that size. I need to learn to inject myself so when its time for a cycle I can do it, I just don't think I could stay steady enough to do it in the glutes and twist that far LOL.

Well I hope the magic happens now.

Next week should get an answer on the growth hormone to see if insurance will cover it. I'm really looking forward to a new life, back to my old self in my 20's.

Iam on my first cycle of Test E Iran, 500 mgs a week.
The first shot i stood there for a 1/2 hour trying to shoot my backside.
Just could not push myself to do it. Had my wife pratice on an orange.
They say pratice makes perfect. Now She is the official Nurse with the neddle now. On my 4th shot an she is a pro now.
Also iam using 23G x 1 1/2 for the backsides.
Also she only goes in Halfway, Just incase the neddle should breakoff, there is something to grab on to, to remove it. (very Rare this would Happen)

I do it in the thigh--many years of glutes and the twist with back spasams and cramps now do it in the side of the thigh --very easy and only use 1" needle

Tapout where is the best place in the thigh? When it's time I'm sure I will need to do these myself. I'm sure the wife will not let me do a cycle.

what I was told years ago from the "gym docs" was to put hand to your side,bend fingers inward like cupping hand,use middle finger to push into thigh and put shot there--I have done it for years with no problems

It isn't a HRT clinic and I don't think you are allowed to ask for checks like that on this site.
