Thank god I found this site. I was on sostonol 250 for a week and then found this site and realized how clueless I am. The below plan will be my second cycle. I was on Methyl Masterdrol by LG about a 8 months ago. I took Milk thistle druring and after the cycle and also took Vitrix and Formadrol extreme. I am glad I did at least that much knowing how little I knew. I am 32 years old and 5'7". I was about 145 before my cycle and am now at 160 and holding for quite some time.
Here we are today and my eyes are burning from almost 24 hours of reading. Please critique away. Your input means a ton. My goal is Mass and Strength
Here is my plan. So far my diet seems ok, I dont eat fast food. I eat oatmeal and 2 egg whites each am. 2 Muscle Milk shakes a day, good lunch usually turkey and fresh veggies and dinner is usually chicken and veggies.
I will be taking Methyl Vol. Not sure on dosage and length yet.
I am thinking either
6 weeks at 10mg twice a day
or
4 weeks at 10mg twice a day
or
2 weeks at 20mg ED and 2 weeks at 30mg ED
