Thread: The 2nd timer cycle!!

    The 2nd timer cycle?? Help requested.

    Thank god I found this site. I was on sostonol 250 for a week and then found this site and realized how clueless I am. The below plan will be my second cycle. I was on Methyl Masterdrol by LG about a 8 months ago. I took Milk thistle druring and after the cycle and also took Vitrix and Formadrol extreme. I am glad I did at least that much knowing how little I knew. I am 32 years old and 5'7". I was about 145 before my cycle and am now at 160 and holding for quite some time.

    Here we are today and my eyes are burning from almost 24 hours of reading. Please critique away. Your input means a ton. My goal is Mass and Strength

    Here is my plan. So far my diet seems ok, I dont eat fast food. I eat oatmeal and 2 egg whites each am. 2 Muscle Milk shakes a day, good lunch usually turkey and fresh veggies and dinner is usually chicken and veggies.

    I will be taking Methyl Vol. Not sure on dosage and length yet.
    I am thinking either

    6 weeks at 10mg twice a day

    or

    4 weeks at 10mg twice a day

    or

    2 weeks at 20mg ED and 2 weeks at 30mg ED



    Pre Cycle (1 week)
    Multi Vitamin
    Milk Thistle 1000 mg ED
    Hawthorne Berry 1000 mg ED
    Red Rice Yeast (2 caps ED)



    Support During Cycle
    Multi Vitamin
    Milk Thistle 2000 mg ED
    Hawthorne Berry 1000 mg ED
    Red Rice Yeast (2 caps ED)
    FF Niacin 2000mg ED
    CoQ10 250mg ED
    Paravol



    PCT
    Clomid Week 1 100mg ED/ weeks 2-4 70mg ED
    Formadrol
    COQ10 2 weeks
    Milk Thistle 1000 mg ED
    Hawthorne Berry 1000 mg ED
    RRY (2 caps)
    Vitrix




    I do have a question. In reading the site and seeing how good transdermal is, why are most people doing Orals?

    20/20/30/30 works. go with what your body is telling you.
    drop the musclemilk and get a weightgainer of some kind with carbs in it

    The reason I shose Methyl Vol was that I LOVED Methyl Masterdrol. Would there be a better choice for Oral or is there a transdermal out there that's better?

    haha i dont no if greg valentino is any better, haha but ill deal. anyway cycle looks good bro. Add some CoQ10 in with you cycle.

    I forget what I read (im sure someone will chime in), ill post it when i find it but red yeast rice takes something good away from the heart and the CoQ10 replenishes it, so throw in 250mg of CoQ10 everyday. I no its a lil pricey but hey, you need your heart right? haha

    As #12 said 20/20/30/30 is a good routine since its your second time around. but if sides are bad at 30mg dont feel like you need to keep it there. For your body weight 20mg will do just fine. I no because i was at your body weight running my last SD cycle. 30mg's showed me no sides at all though

    Again as #12 said, get rid of that muscle milk, its junk. It taste so damn good!, but its junk Look into some Optimum Nutrition Whey or some Probolic SR. Both taste good and they are both great protien. Muscle milk is a little high on the fatty side and a little low on the protien side.

    Couple other tips I used:
    Cranberry Juice: I tried to consume at least 1 glass a day, usually before I went to bed. You can do it whenever you want, if you even want to. I did it for kidney saftey, just to prevent from kidney stones, because they do run in the family. I also love cranberry juice so it wasnt a big deal.

    Dont Skip Breakfast: I did this a few times my last cycle, it really will throw off your day. Make sure you get all that food in the morning, its really important

    Diet: also try and get rid of that mentallity of 3 meals a day. Try and consume somwhere around 6 meals a day. They dont have to be full huge meals like your used to, but keeping food in your body every 2-3 hours will help with 1. metabolism and 2. prevent catabolism(muscle deterioration)

    Thanks for the reply. I really do appreciate all the input on this board. I am really looking forward to this go around. I feel like I am able to do this safely thanks to all the help from this board.

    I felt the same way when I did mine as well. soon you will know the ropes as well.
