About 200 grams bro.

Good rule of thumb - any meat contains roughly 20 grams per 100 grams of uncooked meat.

The chicken (cooked) is 30% protein, so 100gm of chicken is 30gm of protein...so if you eat 1000gm (1kg) of cooked chicken a day that would be 300gm of protein...XXL

one pound is 454 gm which would have 136gm of protein, and 1 KG equals 2.2 pounds...XXL
