    MuscleTechs ANATOR

Anyone tried it? My mate is using it and reckons he's put on 5 kg since using it, which is only been about a month. He's not on the juice.

    But, things to note:
He is a big gym buff throughout 3/4 of the year. When it comes to summer, he rows boats for surf life saving so he loses a fair bit of weight and strength durin this time. He started gym after summer, and started using anator around abou the same time. I reckon he's just putting his old weight back on, and it's nothing to do with Anator.

From what I've read, Anator just seems like a typical peice of MT marketing hype.

So anyone actually tried it? Got results? Anything?

To be honest i tried anator when i worked at a nutrition store so i got it for free, i still say its a great product--i put on insane strength gains (no gear either) and size...theres no marketing really with this MT product, its basically a really good post workout formula--57g of carbs, 20g of pro, 5g of creatine..

its also very high in leucine, which is responsible for kick startin the muscle growth process....

I think a cheeper version would be just to incorporate a decent dose of BCAA before/after workouts.......
