How many grams of fat are you guys taking in? I am on a cutting diet and I am trying to figure out if I need to reduce my fat intake more.
I am currently taking in a total of about 50g of fat. Alot of these fats are good fats (ie: nuts, fish oil, flax oil, olive oil, and the fat that is in my muscle milk protein shakes).
Should I be worried about these? Which ones should I watch for poly, mono, un, trans? or all?
