    Left Shoulder

OK...well due to how heavy I have been lifting on cycle and increasing my weight every week with the sets I do I think my shoulder is screwin' up. When I stretch my left shoulder I get a very slight pain on the lower outer part of my delt. The weird thing is (and boy did this piss me off) I was doing hammer curl drop sets of all things today and by the time I got to the middle of my second set my shoulder was so pumped it took away from my biceps work out. My shoulder was getting in the way of performing my hammer curls. My right shoulder is beautiful, no problems. Although sometimes when I stretch it or after a workout I get the same slight pain in the same spot of the opposite shoulder. Now, my strength is NOT affected by this one bit. It is more annoying then anything, but for my shoulder to be affecting my biceps workout in the middle of my first cycle is pissing me off. I have decided to just do heavy cardio the rest of the week and throw a mean leg day in there as well and let my upper body rest. I guess my question is, what are the possibilities that are causing this? Bad form? Too much weight? Improper grip placement? Lack of stretching? I am willing to listen to anybody's knowledgable opinions on this.

I try to increase every lift 2.5 - 5lbs a week at least and get the same amount of reps. If I don't get the amount of reps desired I keep the weight the same until I do which is 2 weeks at the latest. Then I increase the weight again....
