glute or quads work just fine. i prefer quads and ventroglute![]()
for me, glute shots are virtually painless.. with quads i find myself hitting veins more often, but of course I rotate between both
I can't hit my glutes by myself - it is tough to do.
Where is the ventroglute? I know where to inject in the glute, where is the ventro though?Originally Posted by godkilla

I can't be bothered by glute shots. Can't see what I'm doing. It's true that chances of hitting a vein or nerve is higher when hitting quads. But at least I see what I'm doing and if your gear is quality stuff you shouldn't have any problems with pain or lumps.
I dont like glute shots I prefer quads easy for me to aspirate and see whats going on.
ventro glute is pretty much on your hip. do a search and youll get detailsOriginally Posted by skank

i like rotating ive done glute quad delt and chest no pain or lumping with any of them so its up to you
I found that switching up the locations works best for myself. You'll find your pain-spots and steer clear of them. For me it was my calves....ouch!
i think calves hurt for everyone.Originally Posted by BladesOfBlood

Your right man but I had to try it....at least 4 times till I tossed out that idea....haha.
ive yet to try that one but i dont know if i will i think there are plenty of other options lol
mix it up to avoid scar-tissue buildup
Rotating works great. Quads, glutes, delts. The receptors keep working with rotating as well.
bump. This is good stuff.
I always hit the thigh. It is much easier for me than twisting for the glute. I don't got much pain. Sometimes hit a nerve but more often than not, it's cool. It is more sensitive there though. The glute, don't feel much.
