    Butt or Thigh?

    whats better to take the pin in the thigh or the cheek? IS it all preference? or is there beter obsobing in one over the other? And the length? Im 190

    glute or quads work just fine. i prefer quads and ventroglute

    for me, glute shots are virtually painless.. with quads i find myself hitting veins more often, but of course I rotate between both

    I can't hit my glutes by myself - it is tough to do.

    Where is the ventroglute? I know where to inject in the glute, where is the ventro though?

    I can't be bothered by glute shots. Can't see what I'm doing. It's true that chances of hitting a vein or nerve is higher when hitting quads. But at least I see what I'm doing and if your gear is quality stuff you shouldn't have any problems with pain or lumps.

    I dont like glute shots I prefer quads easy for me to aspirate and see whats going on.

    ventro glute is pretty much on your hip. do a search and youll get details

    i like rotating ive done glute quad delt and chest no pain or lumping with any of them so its up to you

    I found that switching up the locations works best for myself. You'll find your pain-spots and steer clear of them. For me it was my calves....ouch!

    Rotating works great. Quads, glutes,delts. The receptors keep working with rotating as well.

    I always hit the thigh. It is much easier for me than twisting for the glute. I don't got much pain. Sometimes hit a nerve but more often than not, it's cool. It is more sensitive there though. The glute, don't feel much.
