    Question turanbol - what should I expect

    I have 200 tabs and would like to know the best cycle. it is my first cycle. I would also like to know what kind of results I should expect. any help greatly appreciated

    body stats or lifting stats or both. Kinda new to this so excuse my ignorance.

    not ignorance bro ur just new. hit us with both!
    first off though, you can use turinabol if you REALLY want. but first cycles are always recommended test Enanthate or cypionate at 500 mg a week. u can use the T-bol to kickstart the firt 4 weeks if ud like.

    38 years old, training for over 20 years, diet is not the best however I do try to watch fat intake last couple of years. 6 ft tall, 275 lbs, about 20 % bf, not the best but i have dropped almost 30 lbs in last year. personal best raw gym lifts, well I dont do a whole lot of singles but rep examples are bench 355 for 5, squat 405 for 8, dl 500 for 8. I am at a point where I feel it is either take a dump or get off the pot, if you know what I mean. I am living in remote Northern Canada and my options are limited in terms of selection. I wanted anavar but gonna have to settle for tbol. if I did the tbol followed by t3 and clen would that be smart or no. I really dont know what to expect from the t bol with regards to strength gains, body shape or mass, etc. man, maybe the wife is rite, I can be long winded.

    Well at 50mg/day it would last you a little over 5and a half weeks. You really dont feel it until midway through week 3. Also I think 5omg/day is as low as it should be ran. Thats assumeing they are 1omg pills. Also you shouldnt follow it up with t3. You usually want to run t3 with some kind of anabolic so you dont loose too much muscle and running it while you are partially shutdown wouldnt be good for your gains.

    agreed there. good lifting stats BTW. i need to develope that "man strength" thing. im a youngin tho.

    good, for where I am located,but still not great. I want to be able to put up bigger numbers before I am too old for the wear and tear. before I started the tbol i was just curious about if anyone would have any ideas of what kind of results I should expect. for example will my lifts increase dramatically, will I keep any gains, will I gain much extra weight ( I am already to heavy for my liking, BF% anyway ). I know everyone is different for many reasons, but does anyone have any real life experiences or info.

    You will put on some weight, it makes your appetite skyrocket. Made me nice and hard at 7o+mg.day. Also with strength.. its kinda odd, it would make my first 2 sets feel like nothing, I could do more weight at crazy reps. But when i got to my 3rd set i felt like I was on nothing. I like the stuff alot though good quality gains that you can keep. And sides are almost nothing, just high appetite and increased libido etc. Anavar on the other hand made me real lethargic and not wanting to train.

    thanks, I really do appreciate it. would you say you gained muscle mass and cut body fat, (if that was at all an issue for you). I dont mind weight gain if it is quality muscle without increasing BF. I do like the fact gains were easy to keep. would it be to much to ask if you could give me an example of how much some of your lifts went up. just curious
