    Gotta confess something

    I've been working my ass off in the gym for a while now. I had about an 8 month layoff due to almost cutting off my finger. I'm back on some good gear and getting my size back. Not exactly sure my BF%, but I know it's pretty high. If I had to guess, I'd say somewhere around 22%. Yes, I'm waaaaay out of shape.

    Last night I left the gym and I went straight to Domino's and bought a large ham and xtra cheeze pizza. I ate about half of it, then gave the rest away. I feel guilty as hell, so I felt like I needed to confess.

    Seems like you just need a little motivation man. I love to go and watch some of my fav. bodybuilding videos on youtube or whatever when I need some motivation, maybe try that. When you're motivated than you know what you want and you want it bad enough to not cheat or lay off the gym.

    you're right bro. I used that as my "cheat day" to justify the pizza. Believe me bro, I am motivated as can be!

    Yeah I hate myself right now also, I went to winking lizard didnt eat to bad there but on the way home my wife wanted to go t ocoldstone and I got a large mud pie mojo. Not sure if anyone is familiar with coldstone or not. but it is coffee icecream with caramel,oreo,peanutbutter,roasted almonds and whip cream. jeeez I hate myself right now Bino you are right about the motivation cause I wouldnt of eaten that if I was to watch some good videos. just thought I would share that.

    dang sounds good we need one of those! man i wouldnt feel bad id eat that shit up and hit the gym hard next week so you can convince yourself you deserve another one next weekend

    yeah man dont get me wrong i watch what i eat most of the time but im gonna enjoys some good pizza now i dont do burgers n crap but ill eat the shit outta some pizza and a big ass burrito from freebirds chicken rice refried beans jalepenos cilantro pinco de gallo cheese lettuce and guacamole dang
