I've never done cleans, jerks, dead lifts, or snatches and Id like to incorporate them. When would I do these exercises (dead lifts on back day i know)? I mean with what bodypart? Right now, Im working on getting ready for a triathlon, so my lifting is chest, shoulders, arms, back, legs (so my lifting workouts arent long) with around 20-30 mins of cardio after lifting each day. (i do morning cardio as well, just tryin to add more after my lifting regiment so i can woop my friends in the triathlon). But the triathlon is more for fun, my main is lifting. Thoughts on these exercises?
I heard these exercises help with size. I broke my wrist a few years ago and lost about 30lbs due to not being able to lift for like a year, havnt been able to get back to what I was sizewise, so figured I'd try these.
