How many times a week shpuld you inject test e?

Im not 100% clear on when to inject test e? if i take 250mg on tuesday and 250mg on friday, should i keep taking it every 3 days meaning the next week i take it on monday, thursday and sunday, or take it tuesday and friday every week of the cycle?

I like Monday evening and Friday morning. Monday evening before I work out, and Friday moning before caridio.

Once a week is fine and lots of people do it all over the planet. Its a very common thing in HRT/TRT.

But I can tell you first hand, more frequent = less sides.

THe less you fluctuate your blood levels of any drug, the less your body will have to adapt to the ever changing levels.
