I would love to see Gonzaga take a shot at Fedor, I dont think that Crocop could beat Fedor, when they fought Fedor had an amazing ground control on Cro Cop and made is gas out real fast.

Barnett didnt get is shot at Fedor, i really hope it does happen soon.

I think the CroCop that showed for the OWGP, would have beat fedor. When CroCop pushes forward he is damn near unstopable when he gets to much into counter striking he loses. A good example is when he fought Alex E. Alex pressured him early on and did alright landing a couple of good knees. He then let CroCop start to pressure him and bam ktfo. That is why Fedor was able to outstrike him becouse he pressure CroCop the whole fight.

One thing i never seen before is Crocop body kick Gonzaga and Gonzaga catching Crocop let and getting a very quick takedown.

Crocop at the OPWG was a real bomb, but i never seen anyone catch is kicks before.

Has for Fedor he is the king of the mountain and has been forever, i dont see who could beat him, but i see a lot of heavyweight talent that can do some great matches.

i tihnk somone like couture could give him some real problems... someone who is a better wrestler than him... but i mean fedor is on top of his game hes real tuff... i also think cro cop can give him some problems if he is on top of his game

Fedor is a awful matchup for Couture. Couture thrives on fighting strikers w/ limited ground game or another wrestler w/ limited ground game.

Fedor being good at everything makes that a bad night for Couture.

Barnett on the other hand is a awful matchup for Fedor (meaning he has the best chance) due to his size and well rounded ability. He can strike and wrestle and he is heavy.

Fedor would have to bring his "A" game and not come out slow like he has the last three fights.

Some others that i think would do a suprisingly good job if not win would be:

Wanderlei - Like it or not, if he is healthy and uses his head, he can be deadly. I could see him landing on Fedor and tying Fedor up from the bottom to get a restart.

Shogun - Shogun is bigger than alot of people think, he walks around at 227lbs or so and his overall ability would give Fedor absolute fits. His standup is good and his wrestling and BJJ are very good. I think what would hurt Fedor the most in this matchup would be Shogun's constant moving and scrambling.

These styles stick out in my mind, also I think the CroCop that showed up for the finals of the OWGP (aggressive and just on that night) could have beaten Fedor.

what about Arona. He is big, athletic, good chin and excellent takedowns subs and sub defense. Couldn't you see him grinding out a three round decision.

Hell yeah, terrible matchup and they fought before while Arona was at HW in Rings and of course Arona scremed that he was screwed and it could have gone either way.

Arona could possibly do it. I'm not sure about Arona's chin but his skill set is awful for Fedor.

I knew they fought before in rings but I never pay much attention to Rings since they dont allow striking to the head on the ground(what bullshit is that). I think Arona could and would beat Fedor. Silva another good choice along with Shogun but overall i agree with you best shot is Barnett.
