Alright fellas, today's day one. I'm going with deca because I started a test/tren cycle a couple of months ago that didn't last very long and I thought I'd start a log so I can keep track of my strength and weight gains. Here it goes.
1-12 testE 250mg per week
1-10 deca 500mg per week (frontloaded)
1-5 dbol 55mg per day
Might extend the cycle ***ending on how the gains are doing towards the end. Diet is as close to perfect as I can get it because I'm trying to avoid as much bloat as possible (close to 4,000 cals a day). Might start an ai if bloat gets bad. PCT is Anthony Roberts. Looking to keep 10 to 15 pounds after PCT.
