    fever

just got back from work with a very high temperature.. i'm sure it is not a test flue, friend of mine is ill and i'm sure i caught the shit from him

i'm in my 3rd week of deca/test cycle, tomorrow is a training day and on wednesday injection time

    my questions are:

    1) should i force myself to the gym?
    2) should i skip injection?
    3) if not for a gym, do i still need to eat so much

    thanks

Assess yourself accordingly when the time comes to hit the gym, if you feel very sick, have a fever, and are drained of energy, then dont train. Training at this time will result in overtraining, since your body wont recover as quickly. Let your body recover, get some rest.

    2) should i skip injection?

Absolutly not, no reason to skip injections, skipping will cause for unstable hormone and blood levels to occur, thus bringing more sides. Dont skip, stay consistant with your injection protocols.

Yes, consume and eat what you normally plan to eat. Stick to your planned diet as best as possible, you still need food and nutrients.

    thanks
My suggestions are in red above.
