    Birkham Yoga

Has anyone ever done Birkham Yoga for cutting? My girl just made me go to try it out. 90 minutes of an a$$whip. Probably the best workout I have had. I am lifting as well at night and yoga in the am. Has anyone ever taken these classes? Body feels very good and rejuvanated after a class.

wouldnt do anything for cutting, it dosent require oxygen. I bet it is very tough to do though, also bet it will help to a degree with recovery.

i also bet there is a few hot asses up in that class.

Been thinking about it, but haven't got the chance to just do it. How did you feel afterward?

felt great afterword. In 2 times already I can feel my muscles and limbs are much more flexible. hopefully this will help with my lifting as well. and yes birkam yoga in the hot room. went again this morning. doing this 3 days a week. and yes through all the strange breathing and twisting it does require oxygen.. and yes. wow there is some hot ass in there.

I think I am going to try it out this week. Twisted my side and back a little in jiu jitsu, so hitting light weights are cardio. Maybe now is the perfect time to try it out.

I have been practicing yoga for 21 years now. Have tried many forms and teach as well. I do the occasional Bikram class and love it as a work out. The heat takes a bit of getting used to, but the poses and the stretches really provide a terrific workout. Also, I have found that combining the practice of yoga and gym work gives me increased flexibility, less risk of injury and a far better cut and defined body shape.
