    Need Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whats up everybody, question i always use to workout by doing 4 sets for each exercise and always adding weight so i usually will start out with 10 reps on the first set and on the last i'll do about 4 or so and i will take a little break in between sets.
I WAS TOLD TO TRY DROP SETS STARTING WITH HEAVIER WEIGHT AND DECREASING THE WEIGHT EACH SET, I WAS ALSO TOLD TO ONLY DO 3 SETS FOR EACH EXERCISE AND 6,10,15 FOR THE REPS WITH NO BREAKS IN BETWEEN WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?
BY THE WAY I HAVENT WORKED OUT FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS JUST RECENTLY GOT BACK IN THE GYM ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO AND GAINED ABOUT 35LBS. OVER THE YEARS CURRENTLY 220LBS. WANT SOMETHING TO BRING MY OLD PHISIQUE BACK TO LIFE!!

just got back in the gym can be rough after quite sum time. im assuming the 35 lbs u gaines is an accumulation of adipose tissue;(fat storage) in laments terms. i wud suspect that your muscular endurance is WAY off...but the power may be there. but 4 limited sets. this drop set yuor friend had mentioned to you is considered a high intensity technique and should not be impleemented IMO this soon into your return. i wud just train each bodypart once every seven days..bombard it from various angles i think 3 sets for each exercise should suffice and get plenty of rest for recuperation as this is key.'
if you limit your muscles to a 60 second rest period in between sets..you're body will be forced to adapt to the added stress and endurance. than in 2- 3 weeks depending on consistency, and progression. id add in the drop sets.

best of luk to you brother man. GET BIG!!!
