boderline stroke on gear, anyone else w/ high BP?

This is my first cycle ever. I'm 30yrs old. taking 200mg deca/200mg test e per week. YES 200/200. I've been eating 3500cal/day but a lot of junk with that. My sodium intake must be horrific. Anyway, I went to my doctor for a check up and my BP was 170/90!!! She wanted to put me on BP pills. I ended up telling her everything. She was actually ok with the gear. She wrote me a script for water pills to help my BP. I had my buddy check my BP after a work out days later and it was 150/95! I'm boderline stroke.

Has anyone else seen increases in BP to dangerous levels? I'm affraid to squat now...

that is why diet is KEY, you can't just take AAS and eat whatever you want.... increase your water intake and stay the hell away from sodium !!!!

yes, once I realized I had high BP I started looking at what I was eating and was shocked. But, unfortunately to get 3500-4000 calories a day you will either be ingesting a ton of sodium or a ton of sugar/carbs. What's your secret food?

I'm going to focus on lean meats instead of fatty frozen crap like I've been eating.

I drink a lot of water throughout the day...

Does anyone contiue to take gear with high BP?? Will it reduce once I'm off?

Look at a picture of a pro bodybuilder in the off-season and you will see the beet red skin and bloated faces and bodies. Their blood pressure must be through the roof. So dangerous Kudos for getting your pressure checked and making a concerted effort to reduce your pressure.

my BP norm is 125/70 when I got done with a 16 wk cycle including EQ9which is a worthless roid) it was 154/95 put me on ACE inhibitor and selective beta blocker. FYI - BP can increase to 400/200 when performing lifts due to "bearing down" called the valsalva maneuver...I don't thin you are in too great a risk for stroke but do get BP under control as the increased pressure gradient can lead to hypertrophy of your left ventricle....not good. They don't call high blood pressure the "silent killer" for nothing bro...good luck
