Test cyp dosing

Hey, i'm running my cycle of testosterone Cyp or E 500mg/week for 10-12 weeks and dbol 25-30mg/ed for 4 weeks. I've got my pct ready.

My question is, Do i have to inject the test twice a week at 250mg every 3.5 days or is 500mg once a week still fine?

Also will injecting twice a week be less painful than once a week??

2 x PW is better. Should'nt be painfull either way.

go with twice a week 250mg ..... not painfull doin it now feelin good nothin like a shot before a work out !
