In order to put on solid bulk and avoid fat would 150 grams of carbs(good carbs) and 40 grams of protein, with minimum fat per meal for 5 meals a day would do the trick?? Also when we refer to ounces in terms of planning meals is it raw measured or cooked measured such in the case of rice and chicken. Also much carbs would 16 oz of sweet patotoes and 16 oz brown rice yield?
