Hey guys, recom. dosages for Clen

hello! i have some Liquid Clen from the wonderful ppl at AR-R and i was wondering....

what would be a recommended dosage for me? Im currently doing a Test E cycle, 500mg/week, i on week 5 out of 12 weeks total and my BF is at 23%

im lookin to shed ALOT of my BF so that my gains will show...

what a good recommended dosage for a newbie like myself?

btw the Liquid Clen is at 30ml@200mcg/ml

    thanks!

start with 20mcgs and work your way up...i found that for me 100mcgs - 140mcgs worked well. you'll probably feel a little jittery. drop the dosage if the sides are too much to handle. take 5g taurine everyday to avoid muscle cramps

you have to use benadryl every 3rd week.

Or, you just do a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, then start 2 weeks on again and so on...

    this doesnt need benadryl.

drinking alot of water, no more 6 meals a day crap, no more protien shakes

eating nothing but rice cakes, alot of salads, drinking lots and lots of water, and eating very very small portions of my moms cooking, and that TOO im very selective about now, tuna fish, no more white bread, nothing but wheat bread now and no sweets or snacks whasoever

i eat 3 small meals a day, one of my fav. meals is at Taco Cabana, i get a flour tortilla with lettuce and grilled fajita chicken and its only $2.10 !!! and it taste great!!!

but yea, no more protein shakes and eating alot a day, i just realized that with a the BF% at 23, i should be doing that....

An argument could be made to cut out all bread when cutting.

    Not even gonna ask.

You can still eat six meals a day and consume a shake, especially pwo where it will be utilized the most, assuming your high GI carb, aka. dextrose is used in the amount necessary for glycogen replenishment. Just make sure your macros are in place for each meal. Good luck.

Macros = macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats, etc.)

Many people utilize rice cakes into their diets although I personally, do not. Cottage cheese is a good source of caseinate protein - which is slow-digesting; generally best used in your final meal of the day (pro/fat usually). If you are cutting, you MAY want to exclude it as it MAY give you a softer look, as the majority of dairy seems to do from the lactose. Bodyfat accumulation is usually not attributed to the consumption of a specific food, but rather your entire dietary approach.

wow, possibly one of the worst diets Ive ever seen!! If you wanna know how to eat to cut and still preserve muscle, read this and follow it to a T

    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=75729

You need protein, its a must. Rice cakes are terrible for a diet, they are only acceptable to eat post-workout. They have a higher glycemic index than table sugar. Just b/c they are low in calories doesnt mean anything...they will cause major insulin spikes anytime you eat them and promote fat storage. Taco cabana is yummy, but not ideal if youre trying to cut. Clen is NOT a wonder drug..if you wanna cut bodyfat, diet and cardio are the keys!!
