    Umm.... could this be the prob.?

    on why im not gettin good results and already on my 6th week of Test E 500mg a week?

    what is the prob. you say? well..... i purchased 24 amps, each amp is at 250mg/1ml.... i do 2 a week, 1 on Sun and 1 on Wed.

    BUT..... i dont actually think that im gettin a FULL 2ml/cc a week.... why?

    well.... everytime i draw it from the amp, i ALWAYS and ONLY get about 0.7 to 0.8ml.... so basically its like im doing.... 1.5ml/cc a week....

    do u think maybe this why it could be the problem? 6 weeks so far at 1.5 a week....

    Now here is my question..... i have 10amps left... if this is NOT a problem (that im doing 1.5ml a week) then ill continue the 2amps a week for another 5weeks till im done...

    BUT if this IS the problem... then maybe i can use 2 AMPS instead of 1 per shot...... so then i can get a little over 1cc but not even close to 2cc.... but by doing this... ill only have 2weeks and 1 day left
    (4amps a week, 1 day with 2amps, 10amps total)

    so what do u guys think? should i just leave it at the next 5weeks 2 amps a week at only 1.5ml?

    or should i use 2 amps instead, do about 1.3-1.5x2 a week which would be about 2.5-2.7ml/cc a week for the next 2weeks and 1 day?

    any help, feedback, comments and/or suggestions will be greatly appreciated guys...

    hope to get some answers soon.......

    some people dont start to see results from test e till week 6 0r so.

    I would keep doing what your doing. Also what is your diet like?

    as of last....... Thursday my diet is...

    liters and liters of water everyday
    rice cakes (apple cinnamon and white cheddar flavored, 45calories each)
    flour tortillas with a variety of things (lettuce, chicken breast)
    salads with NO salad dressing
    tuna fish with crackers (no salt)
    chicken with crackers (no salt)
    an occasional fruit here and there
    cottage cheese with a variety of things (rice cakes, pinneaple chunks, crackers)
    and of course, liters and liters of more water.....

    AND THATS IT !!!! my BF is at 23%!! i am sooo stupid! if i woulda known that the reason gear shouldnt be taken at anything higher than 16%BF bc the fat will shadow the muscle and NOT becuase i thought it would promote more fat, i woulda waited longer to do my cycle

    and to think, i would eat like a pig because everyone told me to, eat 6 meals, drinks protien shakes, eat this, take that

    man..... i see my figure developing, im soo happy!! but my BF has got to go!!

    do u by any chance have some great tips on losing BF?

    More protein, cut carbs as low as possible and taper them. Eat more fat for your fuel. Do some interval training rather then regular cardio. But not too much, just ad a little at a time. You can take some metformin to further reduce the impact of carbs. This is especially helpful if you have insulin resistance at all. (like if you're apple shaped with lots of belly fat and gain fat easily). You can also try some albuterol. It's like clen but better. Have potassium and taurine around for leg cramps. It may make you shaky at first but that goes away in a few days.

    And most important of all, NO MORE OF THAT PROCESSED CRAP! Rice cakes, sugar, white flour.... that is bad stuff. It is like rocket fuel, metabolically speaking.

    Rice cakes no good?!?!? ooohhh no.....

    but tis only 45 calories per cake! and its brown rice! its good for you!!!

    and no more flour tortillas? what should i eat then? corn tortillas?

    is corn tortillas better than flour ones?

    i have Clen!! i have Clen from Ar-R!! What should i do with it? its a 30ml bottle @ 200mcg/ml

    and whats a healthy thing i can eat for protien?

    diet really needs some help. lot more protein sould be added. 6-8 small meals a day w/ 30-50g protein in each. separate carbs and fats in meals. be sure to have pro/carb meal pwo. quality carbs are: baked potatoe, yams, brown rice, bananas, raisons, other fruits, ezekiel bread, whole wheat noodles, oats. quality fats & protein: olive oil, nuts, salmon, lean beaf, natty p.butter, pro shakes, tuna, cottage cheese, pork, chicken, yogurt, eggs, etc.

    on my first 2 cycles i had a crapy deit. i ate evrything i saw and i got big but it was all water and fat. deit is everything, people read this all the time but dont do it. if you had a good deit u would grow naturally. then u can use the juice and really see results.

    w/ 0 concept of diet you should not be using aas at all. u shud be researching the hell outta the diet forum like a mad monkey looking for an oversized banana... for diet dictates EVERYTHING
