    Bloating with creatine

    Has anyone experienced bloating with creatine by Prolab, or 4-diol. DOes ALA cause bloating.

    yea i have got bloating wit all types of creatine it alwayz happens to me i guess its just one of the side effects but it goes away after a couple of weeks
