    Test E and what i Should be eating

    im 6'2" 195 age 29 yr old
    3rd cycle

    currently just want to add about 10 to 15 pounds and lean more towards cutting. Im only taking test e this time at 200mg twice a week with 10mg nolva ed. I want to stick harder with cardio and diet than anything. What kind of calorie intake do you think i should stick with??

    Look at the cutting primer at the top, go use the Harris-Benedict equation for a rough estimate.

    Hold on here.....

    You want to gain 10-15 pounds while cutting and only using 200mg of Test a week?

    Am I getting that right?

    I believe you are being very unrealistic. 10-15 lbs of LBM is an amazing cycle and you would surely need to use more juice than 400mg of Test per week to accomplish that. Also you are going to be cutting, which will make that feat even harder.

    If you are looking for 10-15 lbs you need to all out bulk.
