    Exclamation cardio help

    i'am planning on doing cardio 7 times a week i also work shifts day/nights

    on night's i can do cardio when i finish at half 8 am then have a meal then bed get up and train in the pm.

    now on day shift it is not possible to train in the AM. so what i was thinking was cardio say half 4 pm meal then gym half 6 ??? what dose anyone think

    i have no clue as to what you mean by half 8am or half 4pm/half at 6

    SPEAK ENGLISH! (j/k)

    but no matter what, you'll just have to fit it in when you can, Do you have to work nights and days in the same week??? if so hope you get paid very well.

    i am english

    i mean 8:30 am i do cardio on night shift 16:30 i can do cardio then 18:30 weights on day shift

    no i work two weeks days and then i work two week's nights like that

    As long as you manage ti fit your cardio in then dont worry about it.
