How are you shooting the sust? EOD, twice a week, once a week???
Deca can take 6+ weeks to fully kick, but 200mgs is just a therapeutic dose and you will not see much from it

Why the 200mg of Deca?
Bump it to 400mg and that's a nice cycle.
2 top bulking steroids.

I am on sus and deca right now I am in my fifth wk and am just starting to see good results since i cut off my dbol

I agree with davedizzle up the deca to 400mg. wk. split into two doses.
ex.- sun. and wends.
