Thread: always soar..

    always soar..

    I've been working out for about a year on average 3 times a week, and after every workout mainly chest and tri's, im really soar for the next 3 days. It makes me not go so hard on the other body part workouts. Is it a lack of protein or something? If there is advise someone can give me i'd appreciate it..

    Yeah, you could deff bumb up your protein intake,

    your question is hard to answear as its too broad, post your whole workout with a typical idea of what lifts, we can go from there

    im not a hardcore powelifter. I do 3 things for each muscle. (example chest) flat bench, incline, and flys. first set is a warm up then 3 more going heavy. At the end of the workout im usally out of steam. Im usally just soar from doing the chest workout in my tri's shoulders and pecks. i dont take any protein shakes, maybe that will help?

    I would suggest upping protein, take some glutamine peptides after workout, and even creatine.

    I got the same prob with my pecs, the next day they are tender as ****. Im getting lots of protien and some glutemane. Its the only part that gets sore like this. Also as a note Im seeing some size increase or more so a filling of my pecs but no real strength increase. Are the 2 possibly related the soreness= poor training. My tris are groing and increases good strength but bench is goin no where.

    note I have same routine as above flat DB, incline DB, incline DB flies. I do bis the same day and 2 days later do shoulders and tri's

    same thing with me, flat bb incline bb and dumbell flies, and my shit is sore for the next 3 or 4 days, i guess it's a good thing???
