im 3 weeks into my prop and nap/tren course.
looks like this
week 1-8 prop ed 100mgs
week 1-3 nap 50s 100 mgs ed
week 4-8 tren 75mgs ed
im just making the switch to tren now from the drol. im up around 14 lbs from the start, but ive lost a lttle definition and ive put an inch on my waist. thing is though is my bf has stayed consistent. been checking with calipers every few days and im still around 10-11% but my waist is getting slightly bigger.
will this go down when the tren kicks in/ naps leave my system?? or should i hit the cardio now??
