Nipples Soar

I'm currently on Tren, and sust 250. going on the second week, and i feel my nipples getting a little sensative.

I have letro on hand. How many mg's should i take a day to stop the gyno? and, also can I run it for the full 12 weeks?

Any info would be nice i'm a little worried.

How much tren and how much test ? If its already developing i would go 2mg/day and run that untill it subsides
