Contact Lens Solution = Bacteriostatic Water?

Is this true? I am trying to reconstitute my HCG...I heard from someone that contact lens solution can be used as it is similar to bacteriostatic water...is this true?

I am using Kirkland Signature contact lens solution which is a sterile, isotonic, buffered solution, preserved with polyaminopropyl biguanide (0.0001%), a phosphate buffer, Poloxamer 237, edetate disodium, NaCl, KCl, and purified water.
