I was laid up with a finger injury and told I could not train for about 8 months. So, I got fat! My bf is probably around 21-24%. So, about 4 months ago, I started hitting the gym agian and I am about finished with a cycle of some good stuff. Although I have noticed a drop in bf judging by the mirror, I am still pudgy around the midsection. I train almost every day. I think my diet is pretty much in check, and I do cardio every other day. Is fat just that hard to lose?
Anyone have a suggestion for a really good fat cutting diet for those of us over 30 that's having a rough time?
