What to do with Winny Capsules??

i'm just about to start a cycle which includes oral winny. I was expecting Winny Tabs but when i got the stuff delivered, it turns out the Winny is in Capsule form.
From what i read about the half life, I was planning on splitting the winny and taking about 25mg every 8 hours.
I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to split capsules...do i somehow cut the capsule and pour take half the powder or what?
or should i just take a full capsule everyday?
thanks guys, i'm still learning about at the whole steroid stuff and appreciate all the advice i can get.

how much winny were you planning on taking a day?

25mgs of winny is rather a low dose. I would do at least 50mgs/ED to see results

take 1 capsule 2x a day that should be 50mg/day....hope you are running something else besides the winny....good luck

he said he was planning on splitting the "pills" and taking 25mg twice ed, 8 hours apart because of winny's half life. but due to that he received capsules instead, he was wondering if he could split them.

threadstarter, i'm assuming you received 50mg caps, or am i wrong?

Sure, I don't see why you couldn't split them, sounds a little inconvenient but other then being messy you shouldn't have any problem with opening them and splitting them.

would using tab splitter work for splitting capsules, or what other method should be used for accurate dosage splitting with caps?

Far as I know and the caps I've dealt with, you open the capsule and the powder spills out. Divid it into 2 piles and take 1 in morning and the the other in the evening. Like I said it will be a little messy/inconvenient or you can just take the cap once a day. I don't see how a tab splitter would work.

splittin gup the capsule powder might not be a good idea....the winny and filler have different densities, so as a result, whichever is denser "might" settle out....i wouldnt split the powders up....

just split them,, theres no other way around it. I did a winny only and it worked for me at 50mg/ed. Just make sure you take something for your liver and joints.

If your caps are 50mg each, take one cap an hour or two before workout and in the am on non training days. If you open up the caps, how can you be sure that your aren't taking the 50mg all at once anyway since most of the cap is a filler?

Open the capsule, drop half of the powder in your hand, put it in your mouth, and cap it again. As simpçes as this.

iv heard/read that before..... most of those caps dont only contain the compound.. contains other fillers..... so theres no way you can tell exactly what you're getting in each half.... but thats just something iv heard/read.... not 100%

would taking 1 cap a day be a wise way of doing it??..i heard you should split the winny throughout the day otherwise your hormones go through the roof
