    clen/t3/test

trying to get my cycle together and i am wondering would 900-1000 mg Test E a week be enough to counteract the muscle loss, or do i also need to throw in something else?

for a 1st cycle that's way too much, what do you mean by "counter act muscle loss"?

I would say that 500mg a week would be enough. 1000mg is a lot of Test.
for me personally the muscle wasting on T3/Clen is minimal. Loss of strength is common but 400-500mg of TestE should more than make up for it.
    Just MHO.

That dosage is probably way more than you would need.

What is your previous cycle history? Also what's your body fat%.

I've found, that even a low dose of 200-250mgs weekly of test is usually enough to prevent a catabolistic state with either T3 or T4.

Keep up the good work and stick with the Clen for a while. Hold off on the cycle for now...20% is a little too high.

That's WAAAY too much Test for a 1st cycle, do some research, 500EW is good norm.

Hard to call your future chest issues, you didn't really describe gyno. Was it actually diagnosed as such, or are you speculating? Either way, be sure to add an AI just in case.

You should do more research on cycles before attempting one. It’s far better to have your knowledge base in advance.

i used to have puffy nipples that didnt hurt and didnt have swollen glands behind them when i had higher than 23%BF, they went away when i got down to about 19% through diet. and they got way better when i starting really working on my chest.

theyre totally gone now at 16% BF

ps i just found out i am at 16% down from 18% in two weeks and im stoked. thats why i had to say it in this thread
