I have been letting myself slip the past few months. I got into a relationship and I made one to many trips to the local fast food joint and DQ.
I need to drop about 4-5lbs and a lil bit of lean muslce wouldn'tt hurt either.
I have WIN and DECA .. I would like to stick to as much WIN as possible with out using DECA as I want to avoid the massy look.
Any suggestions on dosage or cycles??
