    Newbie cycle with unique requirements

    I'm going to cycle for the first time (unless you count 4ad and M1T) this summer. I need a couple suggestions based upon my unique situation.

    1) I'm not a bodybuilder. So, in the bodybuilding sense of the word, I'm not interested in getting 'huge,' but rather am interested in increasing my overall athletic performance. I do not want unneeded gains in mass that can hinder athletic performance.
    2) In a nutshell, my exercise program focuses on anaerobic strength and endurance conditioning.
    3) I want the cycle to be as short of duraction as possible, while still being efficacious, and worth my time.
    4) I want results that last.

    So, any ideas on cycle duration, and overall cycle construction? Also, is there any particular AS I should consider using in this cycle? I was thinking winny may be a possibility, but since it's typically used in conjunction with other AS, I don't know what I would pair it with.

    Last thing, I know there are tons of different AS available, and I am lucky enough to have access to most of it.

    How about your stats to help us out??

    I would start with a basic single ester test cycle to see how your body reacts, if you want to throw winny in at the end after you see how the test is you could do that, but I would just go with one compound at first

    Almost forgot, but I was suggested this cycle for my situation:


    Day Androl Sustenon Proviron Prognel
    WK # 1 1 1 tab / 50mg 250mg (1amp)
    2 1 tab / 50mg
    3 1 tab / 50mg
    4 1 tab / 50mg
    5 1 tab / 50mg
    6 1 tab / 50mg 250mg (1amp)
    7 1 tab / 50mg
    WK # 2 8 1 tab / 50mg
    9 1 tab / 50mg
    10 1 tab / 50mg
    11 1 tab / 50mg 250mg (1amp)
    12 1 tab / 50mg
    13 1 tab / 50mg
    14 1 tab / 50mg 50mg/day
    WK # 3 15 50mg/day 1500ug
    16 1500ug
    ****************************

    Personally, I don't like this cycle for a couple reasons. First off, the Androl (I don't think) is in-line with my physical fitness goals, because if I read correctly, it would create unneeded mass. Second, from what I've read about Sus, it seems that some of the combined esters would require more frequent injections for them to be effective. Lastly, I want the duration of the cycle to be a little longer than 3 weeks. Optimally, I would think that a minimum of 4 weeks would be necessary for an effective cycle.

    Weight: 175lbs
    Height: 5'8''
    BF: ~9%
    Diet: Very clean. Minimally processed foods, low fat meat, and vegies.
    PCT Knowledge: Got some.

    I have over 10 years of bodybuilding experience, and a developed CNS.

    id say go with test if you do alot of cardio and deit right you may keep your weight down. maybe test prop for about 6-8 weeks, it has less water retenion from what ive heard. never use it myself. if you train hard on any aas your gonna gain weight though thats kinda what they do. winny is ok maybe at the end of the cycle, but doing it alone may leave u with a limp dik.

    wow fast typers. test prop will need to be injected frequently also, so maybe go with teste or c

    That cycle sucks ass for what you want!!!!! Find the person that gave that to you and kick them in the nuts if they have any!!!

    I don't' care if it was put together by Ronnie Coleman.....Mr SA obviously has NO clue as to what your goals are or how to start someone out safely on AAS.

    You want to jump in the deep end of the pool before you know how to swim, that is up to you, but when you have problems during the cycle, you won't have any clue as to which compound is causing them!!

    Hell no, I fully agree to the importance of 'learning how to swim before jumping into the deep end'.

    So, would a T-bol cycle of 60mg/day for 8 wks be considered jumping into the deep end too soon? Or is it absolutely necessary for my first cycle to contain a test?

    for most people the basic rule of thumb is to start with test first.
