tobacco is bad for your health anytime, actually all the crap they put in it is what's bad. i dip a can of copenhagen everyday even though i know the health risks. smoking is just plain nasty but some people will say that about smokeless tobacco also.

I'm curious about this too, as I have a dip almost everyday, and was wondering about any ramifications it can have on cardio/muscular endurance.
it wont effect your gains come on ruhl even smokes its unhealth as fvck but still i some times dip some grizzly does affect appetite for me any way.

Actually, nicotine lowers your estrogen level and might combat some of the unwanted bloat or bitch titties while on cycle.
I am still anti-smoking and will never say its good for you. I just state the facts as a non-smoker myself.
Anthony Roberts himself has admitted to using the nicotine gum as a quick fix to his pct order that had not arrived in his hands by the end of his cycle.

Smoking is bad for you in general.
I use Snus all the time. Nicotine isn't too bad, the actual tobacco and shit in ciggs is bad. Nicotine is an anti-estrogen and has other useful properties...tobacco is the thing that's bad.

The only bad thing with snuff is possible mouth cancer i had to do a big fvcking project on snuff for a health class once. i love it though its especially great when dieting
