Arimidex Dosage Question

I am finishing up my first week of my test/var cycle. I am taking 500mg. test/ew (split up in to two injections) and 40mg. Var ed for the first four weeks.

I have about 30 arimidex .25mg tabs on hand as well as a half bottle of lion's nolva on hand. Can someone tell me how and when I can take the arimidex in order to spread it out over my 12 week cycle? BTW, this is really my first cycle. I am pretty sensitive to most meds, therefore, low doses of anything usually work prety well for me but I am not sure how prone to gyno I am!

If I have to, I can order more Arimidex through Lion since I need to order my PCT anyways.

Any suggestions?

If you are just using the dex as estrogen control, .25mg a day. but in 12 weeks there are 84 days. so that would only give you about on dex every 3 days. I would hold off on the dex. Estrogen is not bad for you on cycle, unless you start getting problems with it.

Too much bloat, gyno, etc.
