    Tendon or Muscle??

    Bros, have a question that might belong in the injury room.

    I have a serious pain in my muscle/tendon that connects pecs to delts when doing flat barbell bench that just started while I am on this cycle. Actually just started to be a problem the past 2-3 wks. I am not able to link it to anything in particular. I have had injuries in my shoulder before but this is different. It almost feels like my tendons are being stretched too far. They feel like they are really tight or the muscles are really tight?? The funny thing is that with incline press it feels perfectly fine. Also it kind of goes away after a super long warm up?? I have had shoulder probs/injuries before and it is not the same. This is on both sides which is even more weird. I slapped on 315 and it felt pretty light, but by the 3rd rep it was killing me (yet still felt light) and I had to rack it.. I know I would have been fine for 7 or so. even the 135 felt like it hurt or was stretching/pulling?? Went on to incline dumbell and was able to do 120's without feeling crap? WTF?

    Is it due to quick growth?
    Is it due to estrogen blocker AI?
    Is it due to the gear?
    All of the above?

    Anyone ever experience this? What is the treatment? thanks.
