Here is my question, I work in a semi physical job 40 hours per week and the only thing that is going to keep me fueled during work is whey protein,flax and body fat, do you recommend I add cardio 3 times a week to my weight training or does a physical job suffice ?
Do you recommend I add some equipose to my cycle ?
I want to loose 4 percent body fat and refine my muscle.
